I'm super excited to join December applications

I am going to send via over night purolator on the 27 or 28 just to make sure the office is open to receive it. Although I have everything together I keep wondering and looking over everything like 3 times a day to see if I overlooked something haha

Yes, I think so. I tried using my yahoo account but got error message. My infos went through using my gmail and can add/edit.

Hello,

Sponsoring My Wife in Honduras (I am in Toronto)
Mailed Application - December 1st
Message Received Application - December 5th
Request Letter - December 20th (asking for IMM 5604 form) (sent to my wife's email)
Accepted as Sponsor - December 21st (Application sent to Mexico Visa Office) (sent to my email)
Linked Application Online - December 26th

The requested letter is asking for the IMM 5604 for "Declaration from Non-Accompanying Parent..." but we can't fill this form out because my wife who has a 2 year old daughter and the father did not recognize her. Only my wife appears on the birth certificate.

What steps should we take as it clearly shows on the birth certificate of her daughter that she is the sole parent.

We do see that if you can't fill out the document you have to give the reason as to why we cannot. So at this point I'm getting my wife to get an Affidavit stating the reason she can't fill in this form.

I registered her application online and the only information it has is that application is open and review in progress. Shows medical passed. The linked application does not state anything about missing documents.

I am assuming we need the affidavit and when I do get it I will have to get it translated. What would be the best way to submit this letter as when requested it says to send to Mississauga office but now the application says it is in the Mexico Visa Office. I am confused as to why they are even asking for the IMM 5604 form and I don't even know who to reach out to as I tried using the case specific email and have received no response since sent December 21st.

Please advise.

I am new to the forums, British applicant about to submit our spousal application forms and open work permit Hoping to submit these in the next few days.

I have a quick question on the open work permit form. what should I enter under intended employment? i have selected open work permit but im not sure what to write for intended employer.

I am currently here on a temporary work visa and te plan is once I get open work permit approval to start applying for work in my field which is accountancy.

Hey everyone, my application is ready to go! I am applying Outland (from Latvia) to sponsor my spouse who is Latvian.

I am missing 2 things:

• Proof we are living together (I got copy of my rental contract and her residence registration though)
• Proof we will live in Canada once we return (I included a letter from a friend of mine in Canada trying to prove it)

I also can't prove 2 things:
We want to move to Montreal Quebec, but when we have to fill out the Quebec forms it says we need to provide

• Proof we are living there (impossible)
• Last years Quebec tax forms (impossible)

We also can't prove our financial ability:

• We don't have a job in Canada yet (we obviously have to quit our jobs here)
• The cost of living in Eastern Europe is much lower than in Canada! (so we are below the requirements)

Does anyone know if this means our application will get rejected?

If yes, then I would rather scrap our application so far, and move to Canada then try to figure out a new inland application.

There isn't a minimum income requirement for sponsoring spouse, so don't worry about that one.

The Courier Address isn't listed on the CIC website where my forms are listed (or in the checklist), it took some digging and a google search and I finally found it listed on the CIC website. I want to make sure that it's going to be processed correctly. Should I just do Canada Post with tracking (no signature)?
