Had an email this morning from CIC requesting an updated schedule A (IMM 5669)
Plus a copy of the marriage certificate, not the full and completed Licience. Grrrr

Does anyone know if they will only send one email requesting documents or will they email every time they need something?
Anyone know how this delays the stage one approval time?

Which schedule a did u filed makes them request a new one and what date rhey recived your files?

They are requesting a new "schedule A" because I made small mistake on the form. They want me to re-answer questions 8 & 12 as I made a typo on one of the dates in both questions.

The marriage certificate I already ordered and have a rush on it so I should have it before Friday.
I replied to the email and asked how this will effect my timeline and the reply I received back said as long as they have all the requested documents before the date they indicated it should only delay my application by a few weeks if that.

So glad they didn't just send the whole application back which I hear they have done in the past with some other applicants.
So great knowing they are working on a weekend to catch up and reduce processing times!

Yeah was surprised to hear that u received a weekend email. They really need to catch up though. Hopefully that will not be a long delay as they said. Im worried too if a have a typo or something...coz im not sure with the updted forms by nov.

Well I received my AOR on friday, then on Sunday morning I received the request for the file sized marriage certificate. So I think my next part is once I have emailed them back with that is to receive stage one approval? If anyone can confirm that's the next step?

Yes that will be the next stage...AOR and then SA (Sponsor Approval)

I thought I had sent it but I found out I sent a completed marriage licence instead.
In my document request I received in Sunday, they said I can mail it to Mississauga or I can reply and attach to the email for fast processing. So I will email it as soon as I recieve it from service ontario, which should be Wednesday or Thursday.

Many after Dec 2nd have recieved but dont know why I haven't received.

There isnt too many past 2nd December, nobody has received SA yet, I wouldn't worry!

I am Nov. 27th applicants and still haven't received anything. I called them yesterday and I was told they are still reviewing and nothing is wrong with my application....So don't worry, it's all about the officer who is reviewing your application...Some are slower some are faster and the difference between slow and fast can be from 1 day up to 2...3 extra weeks...
