DECEMBER 2014 FSW APPLICATION SUBMISSION

Folks,
I need a little help/ advice.
I had raised a CSE with Warsaw visa office to inform them about the impending birth of my second child. As per their instructions, after the birth of my child, I sent to Warsaw VO the documents they had requested i.e. copies of my child's birth certificate, passport as well as the credit card information form to pay the additional 150 CAD. I have been informed now by the VO that they cannot use that information and charge the credit card, but that I have to pay online or send them a Demand Draft. I am trying to pay it online at the following link: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/index.asp?
Under the "what are you paying for" drop-down menu, which option do I select? There is an option for "Express Entry - Additional spouse or dependent", but nothing for Federal Skilled Worker (or even non-express entry).
Please help me, folks. I really need to get this done quickly.

when did you received MR? Can you please share ur timeline.

I received MR on 20th
Time line : NOC - 0111
App date - 23rd Dec
PER - 13th March
AOR - 17th May
SLU - 14th July
MR - 20th July

Go for a new one immediately. PCC is valid for only 6 months as far as I know.

Thanks, received my PCC and go to know that when we go to passport office to collect the PCC, its valid from that date, and the same they mention in passport too.
So all good now in regards to PCC.

I am from Ahmedabad and I have also sent PVC. My consultant told that either PVC or PCC will work.

Hi All,

My docs received at Sydeny Novascotia on 3rd Dec 2014 under NoC No. 2132. But my agent sent me copy of letter from CIC Canada on 19th May 2015, that capping done in my category thus my application was rejected.

Anybody in this forum whose application received after 3rd Dec 2014 at Sydney Novascotia. Because i doubt my agent had not sent my file to CIC. He has given me false docket details of courier in past. And now different docket details.It is converting my doubt into belief.

Please help me if anybody present in this forum whose application received at Sydney Novascotia after 3rd Dec 2014 under NOC no. 2132.
