This wait is killing and specially when other NOCs are getting MR requests even though their dates are end of Dec 2014.

Even i have seen our noc moves very slowly...hopefully will get mr in coming few days.

I am from Ahmedabad and I have also sent PVC. My consultant told that either PVC or PCC will work.

Thank you for this great piece of advice because of which I secured PVC within 2 days as against 15 days for PCC. Because of this I could able to courier the originals to CVO well within time

Have you checked the latest requirements of PCC on CIC website? They lately removed the PSK PCC from all states other than Delhi.

You should carefully check and then apply accordingly.

I suppose you wrongly mentioned the required date of submission of PCC. Ideally you should have applied for PCC after receiving your AOR but at this stage you can request CVO and it completely depends on them to increase the time limit or not.

M also December applicant.(dec 4),per 23 February, slu 11 may..vo is Colombo. .bt no updates after slu..kindly suggest Wat could be the reasons for this delay in processing. As u being 18 December applicant have got the mr bt others with same vo nd early application date r in pipeline. .suggest if there is any particular trend being followed for the applications.

Per my guess CIC prioritizes those particular NOCs which have wider demand supply gap and obviously this keeps changing basis market demand. U may get some idea if you observe the global spreadsheet and watch out how other VOs are processing ur NOC.

Other than that in specific cases things can get delayed if you are claiming points for having Canadian relatives, extensive international travel for over 6 months etc.

I received medical request on July 17th and went for medical on July 27th. The doctor over there, gave me a copy of the form and asked me to send it to CIC.
So, my question is, should I send the copy of eMedical form by courier? Or sending it by scan will suffice?

I need to ask, my Ecas showed only two lines, first one :we received your file, and seconf line: medicals received this is since two months ago.....
Then I was asked to submit additional documents and i did last week, they sent me two days later that one of my documents was not right and have to resubmit it and gave me another 60 days to submit it. Anyway, now my ecas shows my second line as: we started processing your file on july 25, which is the same date when they sent me an email to resubmit a document. . And now medicals received is third line...

Is this normal ? I mean does it make sense that they only started processing my file last week ? Although they asked me to submit documents like two months ago.. I thought they already opened my file back then...

Everything is ok. I think they have forgotten to add the second line before your medical request, Don't worry! You are close to the final!

My file was received on 2nd oct my medical was on 17 may and they asked for landing fees at the same time .i haven't got PPR yet No decision made..............
can I withdraw my funds i really need some money almost half of it.....
