DECEMBER 2014 FSW APPLICATION SUBMISSION

Hi All,

My docs received at Sydeny Novascotia on 3rd Dec 2014 under NoC No. 2132. But my agent sent me copy of letter from CIC Canada on 19th May 2015, that capping done in my category thus my application was rejected.

Anybody in this forum whose application received after 3rd Dec 2014 at Sydney Novascotia. Because i doubt my agent had not sent my file to CIC. He has given me false docket details of courier in past. And now different docket details.It is converting my doubt into belief.

Please help me if anybody present in this forum whose application received at Sydney Novascotia after 3rd Dec 2014 under NOC no. 2132.

NOC 2132 has been capped at the beginning of October. Sorry dear! Don't loose hope and try Express entry!

Could some please let me know if its normal to not get MR even after 6 weeks of SLU and does SLU have any kind of significance?

Dear Friends,

I would really appreciate if you advise me for below issue:

I have applied Federal Skilled Worker and finally decision has been made on my application recently. I am planning to apply Canadian University or job in my country. I need PR card/documents that prove my PR status in order to apply University/job. In order to get PR card I need to enter Canada and I have already bought a ticket to Canada 21 August 2015 and will return 26 August 2015. I will give my friend's address to Immigration officer for delivering my PR card. Then my friend can post PR card to my country. I am wondering if i) I can enter in Mar-16 with PR card which my friend sent by post ii) generally is it a good practice?

Hi guys,

I'm Dec applicant, at AOR stage, awaiting SLU and/or MR. I have a couple of questions I'd like to ask those who have gone through this stage.

1) I'm using a consultant for my application and on eCAS the mailing address has always been their address since I got PER. However, last week there was an addition of my home address next to it on eCAS. What does it signify?

2) I notice that my home address is not complete and this will make it difficult for letters sent by post to reach my home in time. There is no option to update home address like mailing address except applicant must contact CIC to request for the change (there a URL to do this). What should I do in this case? Ask my consultant to represent me in asking for the update or email directly to my local VO for this?

M also December applicant.(dec 4),per 23 February, slu 11 may..vo is Colombo. .bt no updates after slu..kindly suggest Wat could be the reasons for this delay in processing. As u being 18 December applicant have got the mr bt others with same vo nd early application date r in pipeline. .suggest if there is any particular trend being followed for the applications.

no idea what is going on in cvo...even I am 1st Dec applicant and slu 3rd June. ....No MR ,no updates

I haven't even got the SLU since 25th March AOR..... :-(
