I just called CIC, and the agent said ,, cant say anything till April 6th, If you dont get any response from us after April 6th, write an email to them....They dont have any information about global cap .

I also called 10min ago..app reached on 31DEC..he said no info in the system
either he has no info if its return..

Got the rejection letter today.
