I have UCI cos I am in Canada; I also have application # started with E...
And my online status is showing in process: We received your application for permanent residence on December 23, 2014.

FSW 1123 received on Dec 23 and CC charged on Mar 5, but a lot of 1123 applicants who submitted files before me said 1123 was capped and some of them got the application pack returned...

Our NOC is crazy. Congratulations to you!

Next you should get AOR email from local/remote visa office. Also, you can check for second line status update.

BTW, how you came to know that NDVO is your visa office?

Call cic and confirm about ur file, as my wife called cic almost ten days back they said ur file had returned bcoz of cap full. 3142 NOC

Msg to those who hav got UCI or file no from CIC

There is an app by name "CIC status" which u may download from App Store / Play Store

You need to feed in ur info for once. It's easy to check ur ECAS status since u need to just refresh the status and no need to feed ur details every time. So just try it. 8) 8)

Hello

I called CIO earlier and the agent said my app is "in process".

She also told me my payment was received but she can't say if it means my DD was encashed already.

My question is what does "in process" mean?

Am I counted in the overall cap?
