NOC: 2172

Im not sure yet of the outcome of our applications but if ever it is a negative result, will they notify us?
I know that documents will be sent back to the applicants but will they send us email to notify about the result?

Hi, I'm new in the forum.

My file reached NS the 23rd December and I was charged the 19th February (CC). I haven't received PER yet. Today I called CIC and a lady told me that my file is in the system, in process and that I should receive a letter of acknowledgement before 31st March.

What does that mean?

I applied to 2172 and app received on 29 Dec 2014. I sent the application from USA.

I received the package back yesterday along with a letter of explanation from CIC stating that app is being returned because it reached after 25000 completed applications. Letter is dated March 4, 2015.

EE points are 324 so the dream comes to an end (may be for something better somewhere).

There were few Dec 29 applicants who got charged.
But no signal from Dec 30 and 31.

He has An official letter from CIC?
