NOC: 2145

No updates as yet.

Waiting to see what happens.

I don't think the global cap is reached because i think there'd be a statement on CIC's website if that's the case.

I've applied for the NOC 2712 on December 19th.. Mode of Payment is CC.. I didn't have any application status yet.. and the fee is also not charged

Do any of you know how can I check my status?

what's your friend's NOC code? And doe they have a job offer or they are already in Canada?

I just spoke to my friend and he told me that he rechecked with dhl and his app was delivered on the 29 at 9.37 am.

I just spoke to CIC agent. App reached 31st Dec NOC 0911. The Lady said that she cannot find my Information on their systems. When I asked about Overall Cap for 25k she said they don't have any information regarding that I can only find it on CIC website. When I asked about what does it mean by cannot find the information on the system she simply said to Email CIC. What does it mean by cannot find my information on the System? Does it mean my Application is returned? Thank You!!!!

I got the same answer when I called (although they didn't mention e-mail or website like they did to you),
when I asked what does it mean "not in the system" - the lady said that my application is either returned or it is not yet opened for review...

logical thinking: if the overall cap is indeed reached, they would tell it to us right after we say the date of our application (ie. 30.or 31.) and hung up shortly after without bothering to talk to us, trying to write down our names correctly, looking for our apps in the system, etc...

but you can never now what is going on out there....

Ok but I don't think its not opened for review until now because its nearly been 11 weeks my application reached CIC. it seems chances are not on the bright side for me.

I mentioned earlier if u read my comment that the agent told me when ee was confirmed for 1st Jan max ppl tried to apply in the fsw due to which there's a high influx. Even my file wasnt there, so either he sd it's returned or not opened yet
