I have a new born baby, how could i notify CIC about that?

Is it through the Visa office after receiving AOR directly? So i send all the documents to VO not to CIC?
Also what documents are required for the new KID?
-Passport
-Born Certificate
-Which CIC Application Form and any necessary documents are else needed?

please help?

Yes You should submit the details to your VO and not CIC

Pls collect all the docs which u hav listed and wait for doc request from VO

You should resubmit updated additional family information form to add a new member, schedule 3 if you hav changed job and supplementary travel information if you hav made international travel

Good luck

Anybody got charged today?

I've heard nothing about charging today.
I believe that no news is good news.

Iammissy, don't judge me wrong cuz I am not doubting your answear but we hear a lot of different CIC response by phone. Happened To me All the time before being charged.

Have u saw this info with others 0112 applicants?

I am not from this noc but a really close friend is. And I am very sad To say it to him. His app was Dec 30. :(

Hey Tathy:

No worries. There were a lot of rumours and speculation about 0112 being capped and I got figured the only way to find out definitively was to call CIC. I can only hope that the agent made an error, but when she told me that my app was returned I specifically asked her if it was because the cap was reached and she said yes. I hate to be the bearer of bad news but that's how I got it.

Signed up for EE but only managed 426 without a job offer, so I'm not sure what will happen.

I can confirm that it is capped. Not sure which date though. My app was Dec. 29 and was returned yesterday.

How can you say it is capped... any communication from CIC
.. Pl inform us.

I am Dec 15th applicant and when I called them, I got confirmation that they have received my application and my details are uploaded in their system.. ofcourse they have not told about the status but at the same time they have not mentioned about NOC capped also..

Hence I strongly doubt about NOC 0112 capped..

Try at around 11am canadian time . Use google hangout, Skype or magic jack since the calls are free

Follow the below procedure to call CIC call centre

1. Download Google Hangouts (optional) on your phone if it has an android or an apple OS.

2. Dial CIC (+16139444000). It costs nothing if you are done with option 1.

3. Navigate through IVR (1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 3, 1).

4. IVR will ask your application id. Don't wait for it to ask for 3 times before it routes you forward, just press # and it will instantly ask for your year of birth in 'YYYY'. Put the year of your birth.

5. IVR will tell you the waiting period before your call can be answered by an agent. Or if the call traffic is too high, it will ask you to call again later.

6. As soon as you get to the agent, just ask for the UCI#. They do not have any status information for FSW applications. Agent will ask for your last name, first name and date of birth. After some seconds, you will have your UCI#, if they have started processing your app.

If you get quick with the IVR, you can reach the waiting period (point# 5 above) within 2 minutes otherwise it may take around 6 to 7 mins before you are asked to wait for an agent.

Just a general question The cap for each NOC is 1000 what do you mean by 25000? Can you please explain, thank you

Hey Guys,
Good day!

My application delivered on 23rd Dec by UPS courier at CIC. I did not get any update from CIC yet. How do I track the status of my application?

Any advice welcome.

Thanks!

Overall cap of 25000 means that as soon as CIC qualifies 25000 apps in total, they will no more process any apps under FSW 2014 regardless even though individual NOCs have not reached their limit of 1000

It is an estimate that as of oct first week, the overall cap had reached 16000 odd which means CIC is unlikely to hav received 9000 more apps by dec
