Yes my ECAS is still not active. May be I am being punished of guiding too many applicants and telling them to disturb CIC in several ways by Email, by CSE and by Call. But only good news that I got verification from call centre agent that your file is already considered in the CAP. Because if it was not the case we would have not sent you email confirmation few days back that we have attached your new IELTs result with your application, and that your application is "In Process". This is the only point of satisfaction that they put my application "In Process" after considering it in the CAP. Of course after attaching of new IELTS result which was delivered lately, may be they have started re-evaluating my application for the purpose of points calculation. And this has created delay. Still no news about DD encashment from bank. Yesterday visited physically myself to my bank and had a dispute because of non-coopearting behaviour of banking staff. The fact which i came to know from bank that they don't have any system to trace back DDs.

George has your DD been enchased? What's your take on 0113. CIC says my app is "In Process" but its hard to trust the information now.

By the way "Purchasing Manager" profession is not attractive and enjoyable profession for most. Therefore I don't see any reason that it would have been capped. At least one guy from Dubai who is 29th December applicant has already his CC charged. So rest assured that there is very rare chance of this NOC to get CAPPED. Although I am still surprised that how NOC0112(HR Managers) got capped. But if you see the market of HR Managers, you will find plenty of them available in the market therefore it could have been possible that too many of them jumped in the last days of FSWP2014. But there aren't too many Purchasing Managers with experience searching for job!

Thanks for the observation. Even I was surprised when my friend's 0112 app was returned. I have noticed that there are far more applicants than we anticipate. Many applicants are neither on this forum nor on SS.

From what I've seen the latest PER has been given to an App received on 18 december. My app was charged on the 26 feb. I think our turn will come on a week or two. Hoping we get our PER really soon!!! Stay in touch! Wish you the best of lucks!

I think we should have a small group for folks with date 23-24 and cc/dd charged 24-25 Feb. But I am sure that we would here from CIC within a week or so. And I hope , wish and pray that we all get PER.

Last update of CIC on 16th December reflected applications received till mid to end of October 2014. Whereas the application parcels of 15th oct till 16th december were still in que not counted in 777 applications. Therefore he is quite right that his application returned due to CAP and statistically as per update of CIC on 16th December this bad news for this NOC was already expected. Sorry to convey you this but this is the reality.

Thank you George for info. What is your opinion? Do I need to wait until to get confirmation from CIC regarding the status of my application? or better to create EE profile.

I have a new born baby, how could i notify CIC about that?

Is it through the Visa office after receiving AOR directly? So i send all the documents to VO not to CIC?
Also what documents are required for the new KID?
-Passport
-Born Certificate
-Which CIC Application Form and any necessary documents are else needed?

Extremely sorry to hear this sad news. But you can immediately create your EE profile.

Only one of following two reasons for return of application:-

1)- Completeness check failed
2)- Points are less then 67.

But for sure NOC CAP is not an issue. Because only 82-applications with CIC as per 16th December update.

Final rare near to impossible case can be 25K Overall CAP reached. Although up till now there is no evidence. When you receive your application please share the reason of return for everyone's benefit.

Just got confirmation from CIC that my application was returned yesterday March 4th reason being NOC2172 is capped.

I am writing this so the people still in doubt can believe.

I advise that everyone awaiting charge for Dec 29th and co should call CIC, I think they just updated their system yesterday and must have sent lots of application whose cap has been capped all at once on March 4th so if you application wasn't sent back on March 4th, you are still in the game or your cap isn't full.
This time they answered very fast and accurate in fact they got my address right this time so I feel there's update on the system for everyone now.

For some reason, I am not hurt and I am calmer than usual maybe because people had been saying it or I was aware and prepared my mind since beginning of the week.

Best of luck to everyone and whatever you decide to do next, act fast. Time waits for no one.

I am still I doubt that NOC 0112 is capped, any application returned may be for other reason and not cap. A 29th applicant called CIO today and was told his application is in process. NOC 0112 as of December 19th was still below 450, can't believe it is capped for any reason.
