DECEMBER 2014 FSW APPLICATION SUBMISSION

I have read from (FSW 2014- Master Thread - 2171/2172/2173/2174) that all applications after Dec 10 were returned due to cap fill. Try to read it from there. But I don't know if it's indeed true.

Most of members do not agree to that... lets hope for best... and no one got any rejection email yet. You can try calling CIC by yourself and then analyse what they tell you.

I don't agree to that. Especially if the consultant is from India. They claim to have knowledge about everything happening at CIC as if they were running it.

Please don't spread rumors unless you have strong concrete proof, people here get tensed of such irrational messages.

And the above statement might not be true, but cannot say because of CIC work-style which is total vague and mystery (my inner feeling).

its really funny.my application received on 23 Dec not CC charged yet .and whenever I call cic they say in system it says its received only and no more information is available in their system.even the call agent sent a notification to her coleague to update my status .what a mess :'(

Another 2234 PER recieved, my application is 19/12 so it's very close for me. I don't want to get into the hype of anxiety but one can't help that it's a natural emotion.

ICCRC member merely means he has cleared an exam pertaining to Immigration. He doesn't have anything to do with what goes inside CIC. A frnd of mine whose file reached on 29th Dec got charged on Sunday night (1 March). It is indeed too spectacular to imagine the 25000 cap has been reached.

@ newtraveller, as per 16th dec NOC 2281 didn't reach the cap & it was 715 applications received. Moreover CIC agent will never reveal the cap status over phone....

yes Richie, it is supposedly right since my file received on Dec 16 when they have update the site with 715 applicant for NOC 2281.
however till now, my cc haven't been encashed yet, any suggestions ?

We all are. However I don't think the overall cap would have reached since it has never happened in the past 2 years. Suggest if we call cic to get an update.

Its not proper to speculate cap full on just heresay.
