Its totally normal even if your ECAS is not active for sometime even after getting PER therefore don't worry.

There is a note on the CIC page which states that few applicants are not able to access their info online and they are trying to rectify the problem
But this notice is being put up since last 20 days or more

Another 2234 PER recieved, my application is 19/12 so it's very close for me. I don't want to get into the hype of anxiety but one can't help that it's a natural emotion.

May I ask you when u were charged? and was it a DD or CC?
For me I am still waiting although my UCI is alive since the 17th of Feb but didn't receive the PER yet.

As far as I know , they send PER mail with charge orders. Yours was charged on 10 Feb , and no one whose cc or dd charged was on that date , yet to receive PER mail . So there is nothing to worry

Please don't spread rumors unless you have strong concrete proof, people here get tensed of such irrational messages.

And the above statement might not be true, but cannot say because of CIC work-style which is total vague and mystery (my inner feeling).

I just called CIC and I was told by CIC agent that NOC 2172 was capped on 11th December. So, my application has been returned week back.

Application reach date - 11th Dec

Sad but have no other choice will be applying under EE may be

Thats weird cuz CIC agents are not able to say that info by phone. They even don't know The numbers.
The agent confirmed that your app returned?

Just an update for 2172 application

I called up CIC now, CIC agent name Gregory confirmed that My file has been returned to me on 27th Feb 2015,
He couldn't confirm the reason, I kept on asking if its due to cap reached?? But he couldn't confirm.

My application file date was 12 Dec 2014.

I think the word about 2172 cap reached on 10th dec is correct.
