I just called CIC and I was told by CIC agent that NOC 2172 was capped on 11th December. So, my application has been returned week back.

Application reach date - 11th Dec

Sad but have no other choice will be applying under EE may be

Thats weird cuz CIC agents are not able to say that info by phone. They even don't know The numbers.
The agent confirmed that your app returned?

Tathy I was even given the UCI no. so may be they do provide reason in case of cap full

If you wish to make Free calls try Google Hangouts on your smartphone and dial +16139444000.
Take correct IVR options and U might be connected to an agent in 3-5 mins time.
No Specific details required to call, unless you already have a UCI.

A record will guide you to an agent. Just dial The appropiate Numbers.

As far as I know , they send PER mail with charge orders. Yours was charged on 10 Feb , and no one whose cc or dd charged was on that date , yet to receive PER mail . So there is nothing to worry

My friend's application has been received on Dec 12th. he was charged on Feb 4th. He hasn't received his PER yet. They are now sending PER's to those charged on Feb 5th. Do you think this might be worrying ?

Sorry to break this sad news for late December applicants. My friend applied for 0112 and file reached on 29 Dec. Called CIC right now and he was informed his file was returned on 26 Feb due to cap reached.
