It means that your CC is charged or if it was DD it has been encashed, and your application has passed positive eligibility review and soon PER will hit your inbox.

Hi All,

As per the spreadsheet there has been no action on NOC 1111 since october 2014. I am a 5th Dec applicant, can anyone pls give some insight / opinions as to what could be the reason for no charges after oct. Can it be said for sure now that cap has been reached and so there are no chances for me now?

So, does that mean I will ( hopefully ) receive the PER soon for sure ? or still there is a high chance of NER ( Negative Eligibility review ) ?
