I have filed second app that reached on 24 dec , waiting for that to be charged
My first app is stuck after second line at NDVO

Wait for a couple of more days. They are processing charges for the application dated 17, 18 19 Dec only... so pray to god and wait until Feb end. Post that you can write to CIC, NS

Still no mail confirmation from CIC. Can any one predict the time for the mail ?

U need to get charged first and more importantly the agent should be cooperative ie u need to be lucky enough to find one. So keep calling
