The lawyer just want you to back off, that is why he told you the story with ifs and buts. He should have know the NOC before applying. anyway I think you have been ruined by your lawyer and its not gonna work any more, gather you documents and apply for EE. But this time try to avoid lawyers/agents.

As per my experience , the federal court will never go against the CIC decision and it is the lawyer who is responsible for that. Didnt your agremment with him covered "no PR no fees "aspect

That is not true. IF CIC is wrong in their analysis/evaluation/decision, the court will give the ruling against the CIC and it has happened in hundreds of cases in which the applicant went to Federal Court and got the decision of CIC reversed.

Hello guys ,
I am new here. My documents received to CIC on December, 18th. my money has not been encashed yet (CC). as I see the Global spreadsheet i find that new encashments are for people waiting for 55, 56 days or less. I have been waiting for encashment for 58 days by now.
what do you think about my application? you think it is delayed or rejected? you think the overall cap is getting filled and they are trying to select the best people among all? I think they do not oblige themselves to fill the exact 25000 people for the overall cap considering the Express Entry system. I want your ideas and advice on this matter. what do you think is going on because there are some people waiting for for example 55 days and suddenly one is encashed but the others are left unencashed. what is going on guys, does anybody know? what is going to happen to the others whose money has not been encashed yet?

This was a fake information propagated by someone on the forum that CIC is choosing the best people. That is totally baseless and fake information propagated by someone on the forum. Therefore rest assured they are still working on FIFO basis. Regarding en-cashing of DD as I have explained in my previous posts is dependent on the procedures/processing times of banks involved in the process. Because encashment of DD sometimes involve more then one bank. Therefore be patient you will hear good news soon.

Just checked from bank DD still outstanding, has not been charged yet. I am 18 Dec applicant NOC 0015. Getting so much negative vibes, but still holding myself and preparing own self for any news. No matter if its PER or NER, both are good news for me.
Reasons:
1. I may forgot to mention Identification Document Issue and expiry dates for my spouse in generic app.
2. I did not enclosed my spouse educational docs. (I am also not claiming any points for that)

So its 50/50 game for me I guess.

Glad to hear from you again managersonline, George. I have been anticipating your responses to all posted comments and queries...

It has been a long time since the last charging of NOC 4011 applicant. That was Oct 23rd. There has been no movement since then for NOC 4011 since Nov 2014 -Feb 2015. I'm wondering what's happening ...

I also subscribe to another forum exclusive for NOC 4011. However a lot of negative feedback/responses from CIC call center callers were reported/posted by forumites today. This has caused confusions and distress to applicants.

Could you help us George? Hope you could give us your view whether positive or negative it will be a welcome respite ...

NOC4011 was having 813-applications as per 16th Dec update. So it was hot NOC and may be would have been capped around mid or before end of NOV.
No intention to disappoint anyone, this is just statistical forecast and could be wrong.

May be this is the reason that today and yesterday there was no charging? God Knows.
Hope that snow storm would be the reason that CIO staff did not go to work.
Hope that reaching of overall cap of 25000 is not the reason behind stopping of charging.
