Seniors and fellow mates,

I applied for FSW thru a leading immigration lawyer from Canada. Now my application has been rejected quoting that my work experience is not relevant for the NOC that I applied and it does not cover all of the main responsibilities. I had my work experience reviewed by my lawyer before submission. Now that it is rejected, my lawyer is saying that it a mistake from the Officer who reviewed it and is wanting me to proceed further and get the GCMS notes along with court filing (for $500+) and also after getting the notes if there is a strong case that the officer has gone wrong, he is wanting me to file a lawsuit in federal court. Has anyone come across a similar situation.

My question is in-spite of my being rejected, can I order GCAMS notes to see where I went wrong. Can I order this directly rather than going through the law firm. Is this possible. I don't have any application or UCI number and hence I would like to hear from anyone who might come across a similar situation.
The lawyer just want you to back off, that is why he told you the story with ifs and buts. He should have know the NOC before applying. anyway I think you have been ruined by your lawyer and its not gonna work any more, gather you documents and apply for EE. But this time try to avoid lawyers/agents.

Hello guys :) ,
I am new here. My documents received to CIC on December, 18th. my money has not been encashed yet (CC). as I see the Global spreadsheet i find that new encashments are for people waiting for 55, 56 days or less. I have been waiting for encashment for 58 days by now.
what do you think about my application? you think it is delayed or rejected? you think the overall cap is getting filled and they are trying to select the best people among all? I think they do not oblige themselves to fill the exact 25000 people for the overall cap considering the Express Entry system. I want your ideas and advice on this matter. what do you think is going on because there are some people waiting for for example 55 days and suddenly one is encashed but the others are left unencashed. what is going on guys, does anybody know? what is going to happen to the others whose money has not been encashed yet?
Thanks in advance.

Is the number that starts with 90, next to FPA, in this picture: http://www.visaplace.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/04/visitor-visa.jpg

You'll find it in the same place on your visa.

Hi... after I insert the 8 digit number given on my travel visa for checking the FSW 2014 application status... I get this message...

George - welcome back home :)

I am very curious what do you think of my graph, and the spike of 2172 applications in last 3 months.
Do you still believe we are all safely in the CAP?
There are some speculations that the number of applications is much higher due to those other 217X who switched NOC in last moment (and didnt update SS), or who sent extra "backup" application...

Thanks!
I'm very interested in your opinion about Carmageddon's graphs too, George.
Thanks.

Hi ,

Sorry to hear that buddy.

As per my experience , the federal court will never go against the CIC decision and it is the lawyer who is responsible for that. Didnt your agremment with him covered "no PR no fees "aspect

sorry to hear mate.....check with your lawyer as you have paid the fees and you will be entitled for the services which he is offering to you....do not pay money anymore as the first payment went flunked.....try calling CIC call center and check the reasons for rejection....

I am optimistic in next week.
Glad to hear from you again managersonline, George. I have been anticipating your responses to all posted comments and queries...

It has been a long time since the last charging of NOC 4011 applicant. That was Oct 23rd. There has been no movement since then for NOC 4011 since Nov 2014 -Feb 2015. I'm wondering what's happening ...

I also subscribe to another forum exclusive for NOC 4011. However a lot of negative feedback/responses from CIC call center callers were reported/posted by forumites today. This has caused confusions and distress to applicants. :(

Could you help us George? Hope you could give us your view whether positive or negative it will be a welcome respite ...

Thanks...
