DECEMBER 2014 FSW APPLICATION SUBMISSION

frnds.. I am 1st Dec. Applicant and validity of my DD will be expired soon and till date no response from CIC.
I talked to my consultant..she said validity of DD doesn't matter..if ur file will be considered they may communicate about the fees in case your file considered after validity of your DD expired.
Frnds pls suggest me what should I do now.. ?
should i encash my DD or wait till I didn't hear anything from CIC

Got the first e-mail about my files +ve response on 27/2/2015
Got the mail from poland about my case shifted to poland on 9/4/2015
My noc is 2241

one of my friend got his file back coz of dd expired

Oh darn! even my DD will expire next month on 18th. I am a 5 Dec applicant and till day before yesterday there was no news at all from CIC. DD wasnt charged either. However i called CIC on Tuesday and after many failed calls an agent, a very nice girl, told me that my name is not reflecting in their system. She took my email ID and assured me of a response from CIC. And then last night i got a mail from CIC with a UCI number. Now I dont know what would this mean? The only thing I am feeling relaxed about is that at least my file is not misplaced or lost.

She took my email ID and assured me of a response from CIC. And then last night i got a mail from CIC with a UCI number. Now I dont know what would this mean? The only thing I am feeling relaxed about is that at least my file is not misplaced or lost. The worry is about the draft expiring.

So sorry to hear that your package was returned because your DD expired. Please try EE since you have all the requirement

But i haven't got my file back as yet nor any CAP reached update from my agent. So encashing DD would mean losing all remaining chances of getting a good news (
