Hi Friends, need some help and advice please, I am the primary applicant and applied for my wife and 4 yr old son along with mine. Wife is now 5 months pregnant. I was told my my agent that the primary applicant 's processing can continue as normal and my wife's and kid's applicant can be put on hold until the child is born and then after obtaining the passport of the new born, then I can continue processing of my wife's , Son's and new born application together. Is this correct, can the primary application continue as normal and wife and son's application put on hold? Can someone give any reference on Cic website on the this topic?

my noc 4011 application received on 31st december
any chances for me ?

Being that your application was received so late, I would call and inquire as canada786 did. Unfortunately for canada786 the response was that the cap had been met. Hopefully you still have a chance. Best wishes.

No, this is not possible.

Depending of your timeline, no need to worry about that coz your visa must be issued after your new born come to world.

application received:- December 15th
PER received:- March 4th

Hi Guys,

I am very happy to inform you I have just received MR,RPRF and they are requesting a copy of my FBI police check.

I have a question regarding Medicals. I took an E-medical in February for EE.
Do I have to retake the medicals using the IMM 1017 E form they just sent me, or can they use the E-medical?

I take it I can pay RPRF online and then I send the receipt, the FBI check and the Medical form to the address given in the email.

awaiting your reply's
Many thanks
