we have one of 2 scenarios, the first one is it the over all cap is reached, and the question here when it was reached. most probably between 22 Dec and 29 Dec.
the second scenario is the cap already reached but they are charging now the last applications, what i mean is the ppl who are charging within this few days are already counted within the 25000 limit, and it take some time to process and then charge CCs or DDs

For PER according to SS and normal conditions (for sure not ours :-X ) it takes minimum 12 days max 30 (my own calculations)

no i mean I thought the other guy was telling bulllll shitttt and I started making fun of him but I received the rejection letter :O

just try this:

1. call CIC.
2. ask about your application
3. they will tell u a useless answer
4. then tell them that you called earlier and they other guy was telling that the total cap is reached!!!! but the line dropped!
5. then he/she will tell you that yes the total cap has been reached

I don't know why, but they don't want to tell this over the phone.

the biatch told me the first time that I will send you an email regarding your application and I received the rejection letter.

I double checked over the phone, she said I cannot see you in the system then I bloffed and told her that your other colleague told me that the total cap is full and she said let me see... hmmm yes your app has been returned.

just call them and check

I apologize to you and anyone who got offended by my message to managersonline but i really don't understand why you took my reply personally if i called managersonline educated and ethical it does not mean that you or others are not educated or unethical!
Please use better words when u address others. And if you think my thoughts are foolish why did you waste your time replying to me? You say everyone has his way of thinking .. That means that i also have my way of thinking.. If you don't respect it it's up to you but try to use your grown up manners when you talk to others..
And by the way i know what people went through and how they suffered to apply for fsw, i did too!

I am least bothered that whosoever has filed whatever application but concerned about one person who is actually suffering with this act of managersonline. Please stop blaming other people and keep yourself busy with your own work. I have already said in my comments before about manageronline, whatever has happened has happened, let's proceed further with everything we have. There're just a few of us on the forum who applied under NOC 1224. My CC was charged on Jan 23rd and got PER on Feb 19. You should get PER within 1 month.
