No one is talking about this NOC


Any news about this NOC? Applied on dec 24 2014........ Waiting for my CC to get charged.

I actually called CIC because of the news that the overall cap has been reached and my CC is still not charged. The agent accurately mentioned the history of my application. She said that my first application, which was received last November 21 under NOC 3012, is already returned and it's on its way back to me as sub cap for that NOC has been reached; in addition, my second application under NOC 3233 reflected on my profile that was received on December 29. However there is still no decision that was made for the second one (3233).

I asked if the overall cap has been reached and she replied that their systems cannot tell that information. She reiterated that my second application papers are still with them as there is still no decision with it.

I just wonder if my papers are just waiting to be dispatched for return or it is going through completeness check.
Dear seniors, any idea regarding this matter will be greatly appreciated by yours truly.

Not sure when my ECAS went live so to speak, as the PER email that I received included my UCI and Application Nr and from this I logged on for the first time today. Not sure if that helps but I suspect that those that have recieved payment are in a good position for PER unless your fall below the points requirements.

All I did to calm my nerves was strictly mark myself against the scoring system and as long as you are above 67 points it is just a waiting game. But PER will come and will come fast.

i have full faith that we will be fine and meet up for our meal in Canada in 2016!

My ECAS went live today and as per my ecas it says my application was received on 1st Jan 2015 but as per canada post delivery certificate my application was received by cic on 29th Dec 2014. My concern is that, as per cic website it says application received after 31st dec will be returned, will they return my file or it's just a error from cic end. friends kindly suggest my what should do in that case.

Urgent help!

I'm Dec 29 applicant. Today CIC attempted to encash my debit card. The morons in Chase bank, USA BLOCKED THE TRANACTION twice today though my earlier notification to allow this TRANACTION through

Now, the bank top managers told me that they can't do anything ! The transaction must be re-attempted again!!!

I contacted CIC, they told me they can't contact CIO to Request a re-encashment or anything else and adviced me to send CIO an email (emails take 35 average time for being read)!!!!

What should I do now!! Will they attempt to do the transaction again or is that it for me!!

Write them a letter and explain to them that this is not your fault but bank issue, so please try again and DHL or FEDEX the letter will reach to them in a week and they will get it fast. mention you particulars and the debit card details not the whole number and pin. I think this the fastest way.

Did you apply for EE on 1st Jan 2015
That can be the reason ... just wild guess

yes i did applied for ee and i got the invitation on 31st jan... but what's the connection between ee and fsw coz i applied for fsw in december and ee started from 1st jan....
my ecas says,
file received on 1st Jan 2015,
processing started on 22nd feb 2015,
medical report received.

All these status are pertaining to your EE application and not FSW2014.

How can your ECAS update show "medical report received" even you have not received PER for FSW2014 app... think again dear

Can Anyone advise on how to call the CIO Nova Scotia to find out about my application status?

If you are calling from outside Canada, you should dial 613.944.4000 and enter 1-1-2 to be redirected to the CIC Call Centre. Prepare to wait on hold for some time. Try calling early in the morning or use a speakerphone so you can do other things while you wait.

Seniors please assist with your advice!!!!!

NOC - 1212, CIC app received date - Dec18, Payment mode - DD

I checked with my bank and as off Mar 3rd my DD has still not been en-cashed. I called CIC yesterday and the agent asked me only for my full name and date of birth. After checking he told me that he is not able to locate my details in the system. What does this mean?????? Is my package not yet opened itself????? DHL has confirmed the delivery so I hope CIC has not lost or forgotten my application.

Anyone else has a similar experience or know of someone who has encountered the same??? I remember seeing a post from a UK applicant who also applied on the same NOC and app reached CIC on Dec18 and his DD en-cashed on Feb20. you have a point bro. i submitted my EE documents on 22nd feb and got the aor on same day and my medical was passed in ee. it's definitely showing ee application status.

thanks brother now i can sleep in peace... tell me one more thing, how can i check the status of my fsw application status.

I have just called CIC but the agent said no information about my application. DD Charged in the last week of February.

Same thing happened to me DD was en cashed on 11 Feb and agent said no info but got PER on 7th March. So I guess you will get your PER after two weeks time. Stay blessed.

They are saying unfortunately you cannot contact this number from outside Canada and saying wrong department. I tried 2 times and got same response and I am calling from India. please provide the exact contact number to speak with an CIC agent to inquire about my application status. Thanks

You can call CIC to get your UCI.

1. Download Google Hangouts (optional) on your phone if it has an android or an apple OS.

2. Dial CIC (+16139444000). It costs nothing if you are done with option 1.

3. Navigate through IVR (1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 3, 1).

4. IVR will ask your application id. Don't wait for it to ask for 3 times before it routes you forward, just press # and it will instantly ask for your year of birth in 'YYYY'. Put the year of your birth.

5. IVR will tell you the waiting period before your call can be answered by an agent. Or if the call traffic is too high, it will ask you to call again later.

6. As soon as you get to the agent, just ask for the UCI#. They do not have any status information for FSW applications. Agent will ask for your last name, first name and date of birth. After some seconds, you will have your UCI#, if they have started processing your app.

If you get quick with the IVR, you can reach the waiting period (point# 5 above) within 2 minutes otherwise it may take around 6 to 7 mins before you are asked to wait for an agent.
