I am pretty confident that I shall be sharing good news before end of this week, because call centre agents has informed me that my case in "IN PROCESS" and my file has already been considered in the CAP and among those files which are retained for further processing.

Urgent help!

I'm Dec 29 applicant. Today CIC attempted to encash my debit card. The morons in Chase bank, USA BLOCKED THE TRANACTION twice today though my earlier notification to allow this TRANACTION through

Now, the bank top managers told me that they can't do anything ! The transaction must be re-attempted again!!!

I contacted CIC, they told me they can't contact CIO to Request a re-encashment or anything else and adviced me to send CIO an email (emails take 35 average time for being read)!!!!

What should I do now!! Will they attempt to do the transaction again or is that it for me!!

Svarog, I felt the same just like you ??? (2 weeks back) thinking right now when CIC stopped charging applicants :-[ :-X after 24 Dec, for about a week there was no single applicant reported about the same. But after a week or so one or two applicants reported about their CC charging and this made all the rumors (Global 25k cap) to vanish ;D and after a while (1 week) they started charging some cold NOCs and yesterday there were applicants who got charged. Believe me there is no need to worry, be optimistic and you will get it for sure. Global cap is just a fake and its all rumors I feel and these CIC call center agents very much reluctant to give exact details and I don't agree with the info they provide us.

Its all up to you people to believe my words and I know the pain about these rumors of global cap 25500 which makes us more tense.

I am also noc1212 and application received 12/29/14 from the Philippines. My mode of payment is CC. Did they charge you already?

I felt so heartbroken when I read this post that overall cap 25K is full. Did they charge you already? Please reply.

FYI i received my PER on Monday and using my UCI number I've checked online and my status is "In Process", so yes I think you are in safe hands.

I see that you local VO is London - what are you thoughts on the processing times with LVO, as the forum specific to LVO seems to show a slow response to getting MR, PPR etc.

Have you got any further information that can help me understand time frames from PER to Mr to PPR??

Is their any value in getting medicals arranged before we are requested them by our local VO?

Also is there a requirement for a medicals for babies, children less than 2 years old?

You can't do the medical exams before requested coz your VO will send u a form and you have to delivery this form with your choosen doctor.
And about children, I don't think so. But not sure.

Not sure when my ECAS went live so to speak, as the PER email that I received included my UCI and Application Nr and from this I logged on for the first time today. Not sure if that helps but I suspect that those that have recieved payment are in a good position for PER unless your fall below the points requirements.

All I did to calm my nerves was strictly mark myself against the scoring system and as long as you are above 67 points it is just a waiting game. But PER will come and will come fast.

i have full faith that we will be fine and meet up for our meal in Canada in 2016!

30-31 applicant no need to worry :'(, by the grace of almighty everyone one will get charged ;D . Keep faith and don't loose hopes and pray god.

I know the pain of this waiting period as even I gone through this stage. I almost lost hope but this forum and whats group members made my hopes to be alive and I am (29 Dec NOC 1212 reached CIC @ 9:37AM) charged yesterday, mode : credit card

We are perfectly the same application details. NOC 1212 received 12/29/14 9:37 AM thru DHL & paid thru credit card. I called the bank but my cc has not been charged. Hopefully I will be charged today. Thanks for posting! Congratulations!

My timeline is exactly same as yours...with different noc...hopefully I will also get this mail of file transfer soon...

They are saying unfortunately you cannot contact this number from outside Canada and saying wrong department. I tried 2 times and got same response and I am calling from India. please provide the exact contact number to speak with an CIC agent to inquire about my application status. Thanks

U can call on this number from Skype ...I called them so many times...it's free of cost ...and cci people do answer your calls...have patience....
