Same here buddy. I gave everything for this application. :( Now that the program is about to end processing applicants within the cap and my CC is still not charged, I think FSW 2014 is game over for me. However, I am still praying for all the tail end applicants to be included in the program.

I actually called CIC because of the news that the overall cap has been reached and my CC is still not charged. The agent accurately mentioned the history of my application. She said that my first application, which was received last November 21 under NOC 3012, is already returned and it's on...

I am still not charged. App received on December 29, CC mode. It's a bit frustrating :'(

It just only show how incompetent their systems and agents are!
