I prepared all my docs & forms...send it to bd to my agency. They say they will submit the application by 16 th of this month. Very nervous. . My noc is 3112....I dont know whether it will reach cic b4 Christmas. .cause there will be holidays from dec25 to jan1......! :-[ :-[ :-[

Please do I need to notarize copies of reference letters? I am going to print them with a colored printer though.

If these documents are in English then no need to be notarized.

I think you have to send it on your own or you can force your representative to send your application now if it is complete.

I recommend you to send it as early as possible. Don't take any chances becuase CIC wil remain close from December 25, 2014 to January 01, 2015 due to Christmas holidays. and if you send your application through courier by December 20, 2014 then next day is December 21, 2014 Sunday so your application will be delivered by 24th if we estimate minimum delivery days which is 3 days by UPS. and if there will be any unforeseen circumstances like bad weather and anything else than on December 25th, CIC will be close till January 01, 2015 and it is a huge risk. they will not entertain your application if it will receive them on or after 01 January, 2015. it is indeed a HUGE risk. send your application by December 16, 2014 at least.

It will be too much risky...send your document as quickly as possible.

last date is 19 dec after that its Christmas holidays so no chance if u r sending it on 20 dec plus if u consider weather conditions ur last day of sending will be 15 dec as it takes 4 to 5 working days to courier......hurry-up

Need advise please.

NOC is 2133...CIO recieved my application on Dec 10. Just found out today that Generic Application form was changed... will it affect the one I passed... The only discrepancy between the two format is the Visa Immigration Office, the updated one doesn't have it.
