It is not a problem at all. They will not give your application back because of this. Numerous examples are there of people who made the same mistake and still got PER.

my docs reached CIC on 12 dec. my noc is 2172.

I have a question.

it is almost an established fact in this forum that the first column ( number of applications counted towards the overall cap of 1000 ) in cap count status page ( http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/complete-applications.asp ) is about 3 months old figure.

now the question is: the figure in new column (pending applications - waiting for MI acceptance review ) would approximately be how old?

1, it will go to toronto, then customs clearance
2, will reach nova scotia
3, will reach DHL sorting facility
4, will go through delivery facility of DHL
5, will reach courier -local agent of DHL
6, will reach CIC - signed and delivered

Have you tried looking into the "Electronic Proof of Delivery" option? Assuming you sent it via DHL.
I kept checking it from time to time. No update for me yet.

Can't count anymore how many times I have to refresh the DHL website hoping for an update
