Have you tried looking into the "Electronic Proof of Delivery" option? Assuming you sent it via DHL.
I kept checking it from time to time. No update for me yet.

Can't count anymore how many times I have to refresh the DHL website hoping for an update

I also sent my application on 24th Dec as of yesterday it is showing custom cleared at Cincinnati. I spoke to DHL guys today they said they hand over the shipments to Loomis Express for delivery to CIC.

Loomis deliver all shipments in bulk to every Wednesday to CIC. So it will be delivered by 31st and system will update POD on 31st evening.

Don't know how true is that, do anyone knows the reality on this.

hi all,

my docs reached CIC on 12 dec. my noc is 2172.

I have a question.

it is almost an established fact in this forum that the first column ( number of applications counted towards the overall cap of 1000 ) in cap count status page ( http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/complete-applications.asp ) is about 3 months old figure.

now the question is: the figure in new column (pending applications - waiting for MI acceptance review ) would approximately be how old?

Hi Everybody,
I sent my application documents by FedEx last Wednesday. I was pleasantly surprised today by a message that advised by documents were received in Sydney, NS at CIO - Intake Office. I am so excited. Here are my questions:
1. Exactly what should I be doing now while waiting for a positive response?
2. How soon will I get a response and what type of acknowledgement should I receive?
3. I have noticed that sometimes a cap number (total available occupations based) goes down and not up. What causes a downward fluctuation?
4. How do I join the group shown on spreadsheet for the tracking of various stages of application progress?

Yeah, Im reading in this column about Loomis... but I also called DHL and they said they will only use third party courier if the location is remote. Base on them, Nova Scotia is not remote. One member informed me that her/his package reached CIO after 5 days... and we're on the same country. I was hoping it would take mine 5 days also, but now its the 6th day already. So I am not so sure how they do it anymore ??? ???
