Email DHL's customer service. Ask them who the consignee was. You can get the email add thru their website. That's what I did.

Police Certificates
I lived in Lahore, Pakistan between March-1998 to June-2000

then Riyadh, Saudi Arabia between July-2000 to Sep-2014

then Lahore, Pakistan between Sep-2014 to present

Please let exactly at point in the process stage they will ask for police certificate???
Can I get the certificates now or wait for the request???

Greetings,

I do have an urgent question; my brother took his ILTES exam early December and he will be receiving his results on December 28th. However, if he mail the documents on the 28th from our country it will not reach CIC before the 31st. Is there anything else could be done?
I was thinking of asking him to mail the complete signed documents to me in Canada and I will mail it from here including scanned copy of his ILTES results along with explanation letter, do you think this will work?

I had sent my application in early December 2014 and it is been dilevered on 10th of December as I can see for consignment number of DHL. However, I had not received any mail from CIC visa officer saying that they had received my application and will start scanning through with the docs..has there anything which is missed by me or the acknowledgement mail is sometimes skipped by CIC and I should just wait...for my noc cap is not yet filled too..I want them to accept my application under FSW before express entry kicks in..please advice is it wise to just wait.

Actually DHL handed over our shipments to some other local courier companies, may be because sydney is beyond their service area. In my case they handed over to loomis express.
I called Dhl and protested for their delayed service, then their manager gave me details of loomis express tracker id. On loomis express, there was only name of reciever was mentioned, but no image of signature :/
So better you guys contact your courier co. And ask them for further details.
