There is something mysterious going on. How come we hear about December 15th applicant have been charged while only 2 of Dec. 11th and none of Dec.12th. Please, we ask everybody not to distribute data unless it is authentic. I'm sure, many are becoming confused now and I'm one of them.

It seems that there is no impossible word in the Dictionary of CIO/CIC. And sometimes even word possible is missing in the dictionaries that some CIO officers are using. !!! Sometimes they are following sequence sometimes they lose they track and driver recklessly by charging in a random manner.

Let us hope and pray that they take 'OUR MONEY'. Strange people don't want to give money but all of us are praying that Oh CIO please take our money!

Hey everybody I think all of the people who are waiting for their DD or CC to be charged are getting nervous. And I totally get that because I was so nervous before my CC got charged I can't even put it in words. So I did some research. The stages of the application have already been explained in this threat but I found another source. I will copy the who text in here. You can also follow the link to the website where I got the information from. From my perspective the way the different stages are explained makes sense to me. But feel free to do your own research and let us all in on what you have found. So good luck to everybody who is still waiting to be charged and to all of us who are waiting for the PER.

Dear December colleagues,

Like the above post, i notice lot of December applicants who haven't got their CCs charged yet are quite desperate and some of them looks frustated here.

Guys, let me tell you this.

There are only 2 reasons to get your application rejected at the initial stage before the CC get charge.

1.Application is not complete (Applicant haven't provided all the necessary documents according to the checklist)
2.NOC cap is full.

By looking at the trend and after analyzing all the information published in all the treads around, It seems clearly that the completeness check for all the December applicants are done already.

Cap limit for the applications are also checked along with the completeness check.

Therefore if you haven't got your application package returned to you by now....that means you all are in the safe zone and all you got to do is to sit tight and be patient.

Everyone will hear the good news of their CCs charged very soon.....and this will be over by two more weeks maximum.

Till then just keep calm guys.

I applied to NOC 2132 and my application was received by CIO office on 12th Dec 2014. Do you think i will make it within cap?
Also how long do i need to wait before I hear from CIC ? I am quite tensed as I havent heard anything so far.
