The last app charged is of Nov 7th. The big question is if we hit the cap??

Guys I guess some NOC's falls into "wrong" hands at CIC like mine. regarding to 2133: Have you thought about the possibility the maybe the NOC 2133 cap was reached, I mean CIC got 1000 COMPLETE apps before december 31th but they are processing late apps ONLY as a replacement for those 1000...
