What I meant to say that those "silent" refugees have not updated the sheet with the details of their second application so it would be hard to guess the actual number of those who applied twice or more

As per the Global Spread Sheet, there is only 1 applicant under 2171 (12/17/2014) and 1 applicant under 2173 (12/4/2014) and none under 2174 for the month of December...but remember, its never over till the fat lady sings, we just have to wait till mid to late March until its all said and done

Hey George I hope all is well. The total NOC 2172 applications in December is 113, the total for all NOCs applications in December is 674, not sure what the 450 is, unless you have adjusted the 113 to include global population by multiplying by 4....right???

But you are in the system already, I think that their aim is to wrap up FSW2014 by mid March, so we should see vast activities in the coming couple of weeks, they do alternate between NOCs and tasks (i.e., fee charges, PER issuances ...etc) Hang in there and hopefully you'll hear the good news...

You are absolutely correct, your application must be in process now, after your CC is charged or DD is encashed, call them again and inquire about the status of your application and afterwards try to obtain your UCI or Application Number and you should be able to check your application on-line...

Actually what I meant to say is that when one calls CIO then there are 2 possible routes for the call: - The agent is not cooperative and will give you the routine standard answer that CIO will be in touch with you in a few weeks or - The agent is cooperative and will ask for your details...

She looked for it but couldnt find the FSW application, only the EE Which is a good sign, she said that had the application been returned for whatever reason then my name would have shown up on the system and just to wait to be charge due to the large volume of applications received in December...
