Dear All,

Is there any chances that after getting PER, the applicant can be rejected, what is the base for rejection?

Explain please my dear friends.

Cheers

After PER your application is forwarded to the relevant Visa Office for further evaluation and an additional eligibility review. The Visa Office will perform the and verify the eligibility review but with more extensive procedures, remember that as an applicant you have made the following representations to CIC:

- I have xx,xxx amount of funds available....VO might contact your bank to verify, and also ask for bank statements for the last 6 months

- I have an XYZ relative in Canada...VO might ask yo to bring in additional documents related to that relative, such as Income Tax Return (T-4 form)

- Here is my ECA with this Canadian Degree Equivalency

- Here is my proof of experience for the NOC I am applying under....VO might perform an over the phone or even a physical verification of your work place with your employer that you actually work at that place in that position, they might ask for your tax return in that country and your social security statement

- Here are my IELTS score.

- Verification of your Arranged Offer of Employment (if included)..VO confirms with the respective Canadian employer

- Security background checks and final PCC

All of the components of your application are checked for validity by the VO and verified extensively by the VO...

If all representations are true, then the VO will ask for medical checks and final police certificates, however, if the applicant has made any misrepresentation, the VO will deny the application and depending on the nature of the misrepresentation could blacklist the applicant for a period of up to 5 years from re-applying to Canada Immigration

Most rejections at this stage stem from Sufficient Funds misrepresentation, Work Experience misrepresentation, or failure to provide police clearance due to criminal record

Hope the above helps and good luck to all

Therefore they will directly start charging 29th December applications from Monday.

Hope that by end of this week all of the FSWP2014 applications have gone through completeness check and
