There is one applicant of 18th December already charged for this NOC. Therefore rest assured that upto 18th December this NOC was not capped. Statistically there is only 0.1% chance that it is capped. But of course it is not impossible. But chances are extremely rare and if has happend it would be really surprising and strange totally against the trend that is being observed by the applicants. Means that all the evidences are in support of "Not capping of this NOC", except this information which CIC call centre conveyed. Whereas during my three calls to CIC they have just told that whether a particular NOC is capped or not they can not tell. But if an application is returned due to cap being reached they only tell the reason of returning the application to the caller and then only you can come to know about capping of a particular NOC.

Hi George,
Im 29/12 applicant noc 4214, do you think.i should call cic?

Just ask them I would like to know the status of my application and then start telling them your details.

I'm thinking to give them a call, can you let me know what number you used? Thanks and best of luck to you.

I think that's the best thing to do. I called +16139444000. And chose options 1 - 1- 1 then 1- 1-3. I also took option 1 again as I have UCI from Visitors visa. And in 12 mins they finally answered the call.

Below is the post i just read on HR Manager (0112) thread on this forum. I quote it as it is posted:

"Hi, I think I may have been charged already Smiley I've been checking on my CC available credit for almost two weeks now, and today, the available credit is down by Php50k+. That means I have been charged by this amount. I still can't see the details on my bank account, but we've not made big purchases lately, so this could be IT.

Application sent: December 18

Application received (per DHL/courier tracking): December 24
N
OC Code: 0112

"

I suppose the next step is to wait for the PER. Let's continue to pray for each other ;-)"

Which means till 24th december, 0112 cap was not filled. Lets hope all goes well.

There's no need for panic, I called CIC and the lady I spoke to assured me that they are still attending to December applications so I think the talk of the 25k cap reached isn't a fact. I was told to call back on the 12th of this month if I don't hear from them.

Let's all be patient folks!

yes that can be a sing for getting worry , but don't mention him and stay optimistic as CIC is unpredictable

I didn't tell him anything but I know how worried he is.
Thanks, dear.

I guess 0112 was one of the coldest NOC's and as i remember there were around 250 application processed according to CIC website in mid December.

Yes but there was 191 pending applications brining the total to 445 and I believe that this number reflect applications received till mid October, so 0112 was a relatively hot NOC...

GOOD LUCK TO ALL
