If I submit my package tomorrow Can it be reached by 31st to CIC office?

If I submit my form tomorrow ( Dec-30) and have it be international flight Fastest way possible, I have a very strong feeling it will be received by CIC after Jan 1, 2015.

Anyone think they will accept it w/o Express Entry?

I assume you are in Canada and submitting to Sydney, NS.

If you submit tomorrow it can be delivered on 31st Dec. You should make sure with the courier service provider that it needs to be delivered by 31st Dec. All the best.

I assume you are in Canada and submitting to Sydney, NS.

Check with the courier service providers. There are express services for next day delivery. If you send it on 30-Dec it can be delivered on 31-Dec. All the best.

Just went to FedEx office and sent my stuff!
This is just a backup plan in case Express Entry screws up a bit.
Bit of warning to those planning to send their application tomorrow, FedEx told me that their "next-day/overnight" delivery service didn't accept tomorrow as a delivery date. They said they can only guarantee delivery by Wednesday December 31st, which is good enough for me, but there's a good chance that CIC will be half-day and won't accept the applications. Here's to hoping they will AND caps aren't reached.

I'm visiting Family in USA, but I have everything with me.

I'm really worried about Express Entry... Would they really reject my application if I send it on December 30??

Fedex can't get it delivered by Dec 31! :-(
