Thanks software testing. Browsing through this site. I stumbled on some things that got me worried.
1. I had a 4weeks vacation 2.5weeks paid and 1.5unpaid.
During this period I travelled home to get married.
2. I clocked a year at my work place dec 16th, I got a reference letter for that day stating I've worked for a year.
3. I wish I can wait 2 more weeks to make up d vacation to be on the safe side but as we know with the public holidays coming I'm just confused. Dont know what to do please help!
4. My pay stub showing my last week of work dec 16 is going to be out next wed? Can I continue my application without it?

I've been thinking of the best way to go about this. I had approximately 2 weeks unpaid vacation. I can wait and post my application on the 24th using fedex. It should arrive by 30th that would make room for 2 extra weeks.
I would appreciate your kind suggestions please!!.

I started working there on December 16, 2013. So if I consider the two weeks unpaid vacation, then it'll be two weeks by 30 dec when it arrives Sydney.

Hi dream_hunter, how confident are you on the 4 month delivery time for the AOR? 4 months puts me in a very tight spot with regards to WP expiry . Scanning other posts I was getting a picture of 3 months?

Hi Guys,

Quick Question: i just sent out my PR application on 15th. After sending it i realized i had made a mistake. The place of issue of my Passport says Dubai so i put the country of issue as United Arab Emirates. But then found out that it should be India as i own an indian passport.

What am i to do in this situation? Obviously i dont have a filie number yet

if your passport was issued in Dubai, you are suppose to put UAE even though its an indian passport.
I had a similar situation and I confirmed with CIC.

there is no room for DECEMBER applications ...overall cap of 8,000 will be fill for November applications if they are lucky..

your application will be return in few months .. i know its not a good news but just let you know this is possible ,its too late..
