why you are saying "no room for DECEMBER applications" ? did you read some where that 8000 cap has been reached ? please share that link as well.

Hey guys, I sent my application on Nov 29th, delivered to CIO, sydney on Dec 3rd, 2014.

I just realized that the generic application form ( IMM 0008 ) was updated on Nov 22, 2014. I had printed the form a few days prior to the update, signed the form on Nov 25, and sent it on Nov 29. I didn't realize that the form had been updated . I ended up sending the older version of the form?

What should I do now? Please advise. Do they normally return the application in such cases?

I have emailed the CIO and anxiously waiting for their reply.

2171 capped out around 11/21/2014, so I'm not even sure they would consider your documents. But if I'm wrong and your documents did reach them before 2171 capped, they will check to ensure that the change in the IMM0008E form was after your dispatched your documents, if not they could either return your documents or ask you to send the updated form.

What is the source of this information??

In CEC 217* is NOC-A which is not listed in capping.

Hi dream_hunter, how confident are you on the 4 month delivery time for the AOR? 4 months puts me in a very tight spot with regards to WP expiry . Scanning other posts I was getting a picture of 3 months?

I think it is taking approx 2.5 months for CC charge & 3.5 for AOR. With holidays coming, I won't be surprised if it increases to 4 mths, unless they speed up after holidays.
