could you please help me with the doubts

1. do we need to send all the papers in the passport OR just the front and last papers?
i have visits to other countries and visas stamped on different pages. do you think I need to include them.

2.i have included my kids (Canadian citizen) in the imm008 form(dependent section). do i need to provide the photograph of them?

3. what can I fill in the national identity document.
- can i fill the driver license details from canada
- can i fill the driver license from India
- social security number of usa
- Election card of India
please let me know.

applying from quebec, so what type of letter from employer will help me (It seems difficult to get reference letter from employer)
can i write a letter addressing my Intent to move from quebec ?

Please guide me.

If you intend to live in Quebec, you don't qualify for CEC: cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/5609ETOC.asp

Go to the "Do you intend to reside in Quebec?" section.

first and past 2 pages are enough if its Indian passport as it cover all the information required. Also make sure any amendments is captured too.

No, not required as they are not part of application. You just add them in additional family information form and not in the main application form

- simply select NO to the answer do you have any National Document something and good to go.

Well this is a debatable question and no one knows for sure what exactly is going on within CIC. I have my fingers crossed and am hoping there is no such cap issue and all our applications get through.

You have done your part by sending in the application and all we can do now is wait to hear back from CIC - which is probably the toughest part though.
