Wifey- Decision made on SA not PR application. The latter is still a long way to go.

I was lurking the New Delhi thread and like 5 people got decision made today....it's crazy! Anything is possible lol and CONGRATS!

Also, vikasghandi who applied through the new delhi office in December got PPR in January! Very possible!

Wifey- are you saying 5 people in Ndelhi thread got decision made today? Do you know their AOR dates by any chance? was it July 2013 or aug or sep? I am sure it not Oct 2013 or after as that would be impossible.

some May, June and July ...and others whose file transferred in December. so weird how the timeline can vary!

Agreed - it's eerily quiet here :) Come on CPC-M!!!

Also - does anyone know how long it actually takes for your file to transfer?

Has anyone received an AOR from the VO?

Thanks :)

I got an AOR from my VO. It was all moving along pretty smoothly for a while there haha.

Congrats for SA and hope for early Decision Made on PR application.

My ECAS just changed to "Medical results have been received". YAY!!!!!!!!!!!! :D :D :D

EDIT: According to some research that I've done, this message about the medicals appears when the VO opens your file. The first thing they do is to request your medical file from the data base/ health branch. So this means my file is in Vienna :) :) I'm not expecting an AOR from Vienna though, because it seems they don't sent AORs.

Wow! Great movement for everyone yay! :)

Shaw- Thank you so much. I hope even your file moves at lighting speed at your VO!

Thanks a lot for your wish. But your wish for the lighting speed will not be beneficial for the spouse in Bangladesh who will need one year for her final professional exam in Dentistry and another one year as intern/residency. So let the PR visa process go at normal speed. She is very busy in study and will not able to come in Canada before Final Prof exam. However thanks a lot for your good wish.

Hi Shaw, just curious- if ur spouse is in Bangladesh, why did u not choose NDVO but chose singapore? NDVO is faster, right...

We got first AOR Dec 28, SA 10 days later and AOR from Sydney 6 days after that. It was only 6 days from there before I received the doc request too so it's all pretty fast in the beginning... After the arduous wait for the initial AOR that is.
