That means when your file is not completed, they will return all back to you soon? My application is almost 4 months, so everything would be ok for my wife.

I'm sure that was very inconvenient for you. I assume you'll be a December applicant now or is your original file still open?

Have u receive the acknowledgment of receipt?coz usually it
will arrive 3weeks to -1month or earlier if they received the
application. In my case I did not receive any after 2mos I think,
so we contacted them and we were advised to send the lacking documents
within 45days or else they will send it back..it was returned

Nope..yeah it was very inconvenient and stressing..and I will be a December
applicant

I just sent my application today. I hope to receive AOR sometime next week. Did you include "Option C printout" with your application? I didn't include it since income is not a requirement but I'm reading in other forums that it is required.

No..I am sponsored by a family so she will be the one who will show her income..Good luck to you;-)

Hi Everyone! I just dropped off our PR application at a Canada Post outlet yesterday. My husband is American and I am sponsoring him. Good luck to everyone! I get so nervous reading these boards. I think we have everything covered, but it seems like they can request everything and anything.

Welcome aboard everybody. Now that we have 5 people who have submitted their applications, perhaps we should create a spreadsheet in order to keep track of this long journey/process. I don't mind volunteering and updating the spreadsheet. Please feel free to volunteer and help out if you would like. I'll start creating the spreadsheet as soon as I figure out how. Here’s my timeline below and if you could indicate yours would be great.
