Hello Everyone:

I wrote a note back on the last page, but didn't get any responses.... can anyone please help me?? I would really appreciate some expert advice, especially since it seems everyone else has good news to share.

I got a letter from the CIC that my application was received on Dec 5th, but now when I go to see if my application is still in Pending status there it says that I am "Not Found." What happened? Our case was there one week before and now it has totally disappeared.

Also, how do I get on the December spreadsheet? How do I see the spreadsheet?

Hi aflower, sorry we missed your question. Sometimes ECAS has issues and you are not able to log in. Just try on a later date. Don't worry, your case has not disappeared from CPC- Missisauga.

Good news After a week of not being able to check ECAS, I was finally able to do so today. I just called CIC and verified the information with them. My biggest worry was that our data was wrong, because their message always said: "We were unable to identify you with the information you have provided."
It turns out, I am supposed to write only the family name haha, I was writing the whole name including the middle name

One other thing that I find strange: Using the UCI number, I can check the sponsor's details. For me, I need to use the application number (the one that starts with F000). Is it just my case, or everyone else too?

Hi Everybody!I am new on this thread. We submitted on December 13, received our AOR on January 6 an recieved our S.A. 2 minutes ago...

Fingers crossed for a speedy process for all!!

Thank you for the response. I'm glad to read that I am not the only one experiencing trouble with the CIC site. Hopefully it all gets straightened out soon so that we can all track our progress.

I'm sure your application has not disappeared. Try again in a few days and it should work.

Did the SA letter instruct you to use the Application Number (F#) when logging in? I'm not sure as I only have used the UCI number so far.
