My passport should be on its way back right now if it wasn't for UPS again!
This is what we received from the consulate:
"Dear madam,
We acknowledge receiving your passport and an UPS return label envelope tracking # : *****************
According to the Sao Paulo’s UPS office, this prepaid label is only to be used from the Buffalo Office instead of the Canadian Consulate in Sao Paulo. Kindly contact UPS office and request the change of pick up place to our office and send new prepaid labels to attach on the envelope.

Seriously... What the heck is wrong with them.
