hello folks
I got a email regarding submission of my T4 and NOC on 15 July, i emailed them both next day and got a confirmation email.
Now it is almost a month and no reply, I was wondering if there is a specific format to reply to such emails as i just attached these 2 documents and mentioned my File# and UCI#.
Please reply, i am worried. :(

Dont worry, It seems like they allow a month for doc submission, you will be fine. Similar happened to me, then after 1 month it all accelerated to CoPR.... relax

Cheers Mut

I finally got the Medicals done last Saturday and sent over the NOA, T4 and PCC they requested.

Was off the forums for a bit after I got my MR because I knew I'd only be able to get it done a month later. Upon returning, it really seems to have slowed down...

My GCMS notes states that.

here is the email that I found:

This is in reference to your application for a permanent resident visa, which has been found eligible in the Class for which it was submitted. Admissibility review (security, criminality and/or medical) is still ongoing; you will be contacted if additional information is required for that purpose.

We wish to remind you at this time that your Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) is outstanding. You must pay this fee before a permanent resident visa can be issued. The RPRF will be refunded if the application is refused, if you withdraw your application or if you choose not to use your visa.

I believe rprf means eligibility is pass and background check is still outstanding. You should be able to search the rprf email online.

Hi guys,

How do you know the medical report have been received by CIC? I know checking application status online might help this, but my status is still "Application Received" after my medical results uploaded by the doctor 3 weeks ago. Thanks.

In my GCMS notes, they have clearly outlined that Criminality (background checks) and Eligibility passed so sending a Medical request to the applicant.

Has anyone among those who applied before Dec 15 and are still waiting for MR contacted CIC office on the status of the application??
I emailed them but no reply. I see almost all of the December applicants got MR or a document request but I have no updates on my file.

Have you done medicals in the last 1 year for other visa ?

No medicals. Not a single contact from CIC. No updates.

Thanks

Dr. Francis Li at Pape station.

I went last Saturday. They open are open from 9-noon so I got there at around 8:45. First they'll ask you to get a X-Ray done from next door and then take a Urine Test and a Blood Test. Doctor was fast and efficient and I was all done by 11am. Total for me was $260 ($60 for X-Ray, $170 for medical and $30 to get a copy of medical report mailed to me). They take cash only.

Do we need to take appointment or just walk in (first come first serve) ?
