From what I have observed.. If the status changes to 'in process', it is a positive sign that ur eligibility has passed and ready to send MR.. You shd receive it shortly...

Thanks for your comments! The online status changed into " in process" for a while, I haven't received my MR yet, so I m a bit concerned. Hopefully it is not gonna changed into " decision has been made" soon.

It was almost a month back my status changed to In process. No update till now. Hope at least I will get update this weekend.
I should have applied in October itself. I applied in december and got struck. Ohh god plzzz help!!

I am September applicant and for me the application "In Process" since April.

I sent an email to 'CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca' 3 hours ago, but haven't received an automatic acknowledgement so far. Anyone has same experiences?

Medical report sheets. I emailed them 3 weeks ago and got auto-response after a couple of minutes, but have not get feedback to make sure they have received them. Worried about they are unable to process my email request because of incomplete identification information ( just provided UCI and Application number) provided in the previous email, I emailed them again this morning with full identification information. But no automatic acknowledgement received so far.

Yes. I sent the e-mail day before yesterday and didn't received the auto e-mail. This was my second e-mail only. The last one was sent in May, 2014 and received the automatic notification.

Looks like CIC system got crashed and they are trying to make it up..

since there are no updates at all from past few days and also auto generated emails are not coming to any of us. Definitely there is something wrong in their systems.

i got my MR on August 11th and status changed to "In process" the same day.

Medical done on August 13th.

AOR received Jan 24th 2014.

What is the next step? I am from exempt visa country.

Past few weeks, since mid july, I observed that the activity in December applicants forum has been very very slow and low
. Is it because mpst of the applocants are done with the process and happily landed or there was no communication from cic??
My case, 'IN process' for close to 3 weeks

MR done and rprf paid upfront.

Hi guys,

How do you know the medical report have been received by CIC? I know checking application status online might help this, but my status is still "Application Received" after my medical results uploaded by the doctor 3 weeks ago. Thanks.

Click on Application Recieved section it will tell you when they received and also your medical in bullet points....
