Thanks :) it changed Tuesday October 28th, which is also the 'issued date' on the COPR. The letter arrived yesterday, Monday the 3rd of November, to Toronto.

COPR is for Visa-Exempt countries, passport doesn't get sent out. Also got my COPR, hooray, done!

For my girlfriend, the letter turned up a week after the 'Decision Made' date. This was from Novia Scotia to Vancouver, so it might be bit quicker if the mailing distance is shorter.

Also in Toronto, I think it's usually 4-5 working days, so end of this week or beginning of next, hopefully.
