Hello all,

i got my MR on August 11th and status changed to "In process" the same day.

Medical done on August 13th.

AOR received Jan 24th 2014.

What is the next step? I am from exempt visa country.

I was also from a Visa exempt country, After In progress, there was a very short wait, then medical received, another very short wait then Decision reached, Tha was on a Friday, on the Tuesday I had the CoPR by post mail. I hope you will follow a similar success path. I think you are almost there.

I just have a question for you. When you were requested to submit the additional documents, did you email them or mail them the hard copy - did anyone confirmed with you that your documents had been added to the file etc?

I submitted the additional documents as requested around one month back but no communication from CIC yet. Online status changed into " in process" but no MR yet... I would appreciate your input!

There was no official confirmation from CPC that the documents had been received, however I .PDF the files and emailed them and stuck in a delivery and read receipt, both of which were successful. I also sent a copy by registered signed for post mail. Canada post sent me an image of the name and signatory at Laurier street CPC. Hope this helps. It was also around 1 month after submittal of the required information that my process started to move. I have seen similar occurrances on others timelines too
