Use this CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca e-mail to ask CPC-O about a Permanent Resident case.
After you have sent your e-mail, you will receive an automatic message acknowledging that we have received your question. This message will be sent to the e-mail address that you entered. If you do not receive this message within 24 hours, then it may be in your junk mail box or you may have entered your email address incorrectly.

As long as you mentioned all the info(like uci dob etc..) that the follow up automated message said, you should be ok. CIC will attach it to your file. NO need to send it again.

dear friend, go to this page.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/index.asp?cat=Temporary%20Residence

At very bottom there is a link to retrieve previous payment. You would be able to get your receipts that way. Good luck

Hi,

I have one question. When you send the RPRF receipt do you fill in your DOB, Client ID and Address manually and then scan and send to CIC through email?

I didn't fill the form and left DOB, Client ID and Address field blank. I sent the generated PDF. Will this delay the process?

Just a thought. Did your employer had mentioned that you are working on [Canadian Address] on their Indian letterhead. If not, may that will work for you.
The letter i provided says this "He is currently on assignment in XXXXXX Toronto office, effective XXXX XX, XXXX" the effective date is 14 months prior to me submitting the application.

Hi everyone

Today, I received my CPR. My timeline is the following...

December 5th (I think)
AOR Jan 17th
MR request June 18th
Medical done June 24th
Medical received July 7th
Decision Made July 8th
CPR received July 16th

I sent my 2014 T4 and Notice of Assessment right after I had my medical done. My intake office was Ottawa.
I'll be going down to the border tomorrow for that stamp.

My best regards to those who are still in the process.

Just got the Ready for Visa mail, which I think it should be the PPR mail, my timeline

File received: Dec 9th

AOR Jan 31st

MR: June 25th

RPRF: July 3rd

Medical received: July 7th

PPR June 16th

ECAS still shows in Process

Finally, after 7 months,I got the PPR request, though I need to update my new mailing address, hope rest of you are going to get PPR soon.
