Has your CC been charged or bank draft en cashed? Considering charged date= AOR date -3business day
My application also reached on the same day as yours.
I checked with my bank today but the draft was not encashed until yesterday.
They could let me know if it got en cashed today only by Monday.

My work permit expires on 8th Feb and I want to file for OBWP so just nervous.

CC hacked-Change pay method before AOR?-advice me, please.

Hello folks*^^*

It is good to see more and more Dec_2013 folks receive their AOR.
My application was reached at CIC 27, DEC.
So, my AOR day might be around 15, Feb.

However, couple of days ago I realized my credit card's information was stolen
,duplicated and somebody withdraw $190 in Oakland.
I don't know which one was leaking point,,,i-tunes, e-bay,,,?
When they tried 2nd time TD VISA blocked transaction and,,,
close my credit card which will be charged for CEC application fee.
Unless change/update pay method my application might be considered as insufficient fee case, and returned.
I'll get my new card Tuesday, and I want to do something to update my pay method.
But, I don't know send just updated IMM5620E with my UCI to CIC even without ECAS works, or not?
Any advice will be appreciated.

Hey May applicants are currently receiving MR, RPRF and BioData. Also, a few August applicants have received RCMP requests. As of recent, CIC has definitely been doing a better job in terms of application processing time. You still have a few months to wait before you hear anything from CIC.

Takes about 50 days. So you should be receiving your AOR anyday now. Just give a a few days.

My application was received on 11th December 2013. Got my credit card charged today. Waiting for the AOR. Generally how long does it take to get the AOR, after the card gets charged?

Hi guys,

My application was received on Dec. 6th, and was expecting my AOR by Jan. 25. I haven't received any e-mail yet (I have been checking the spam folder as well). However, I can login in ECAS and it shows "Application Received". Since I have paid with money order, I can't easily tell if its cashed or not.

Has anyone else experienced the same? Should I contact CIC about this since I need my file/application number from the AOR email?
