December 2013 Applications

My application was reached on 5th Dec, 2013 and I had paid by a bank draft. It hasn't been charged yet, not sure why!
But my lawyer hasn't got my application back as well, so i hope it is still under process. Is it possible that it might take more days for my application to get reviewed, even if they've reviewed and charged credit cards of other applications received on 5th Dec??

Am getting stressed out(

Hey you mentioned you paid via a Bank Draft, so did you contact your bank to see if the draft was cashed?? I guess you did and they said it wasn't. Don't worry, even though other Dec 5th applicants got their credit cards charged, it doesn't mean all of Dec 5th will be reviewed at the same time. Give it a few days and I'm sure your draft will be cashed. Don't worry, your time is not over due. Cheer up

My application was recieved by CPP on 31 dec and my name on work permit was spelled wrong but i send it as it is. I got my work permit now with corrections done, so how should i send it to CPP as i dont have any file no. So what refernce should i write on it.

Credit card charged : 20th January 2014
AOR received on : 23rd January 2014

Yea this is normal. Give it a couple days and it should be fine.
