Congrats. When did you receive RPRF request?

Got bio data form today. 2 weeks after doing medical. Already got theRPRF request with medical. Does anyone know approx how long for ppr?

Totally upto the VO / your case. Some people get PPR early, but their passport is stuck in Ottawa for many days. Some get PPR very late, but stamped immediately.

TOtally unpredictable...

Hi,

There is a note on the processing times page saying;

"Note: If it has been longer than the time shown above since you applied and your visa office has not contacted you, you may wish to contact the visa office that is processing your application by e-mail, letter or fax."

I was wondering what happens when you contact the visa office? Does it help speed up your process after the 12 month mark?

No - you just get told your application is in queue. They may also tell you processing is going on longer.
THat page is due to be updated in the next few days

For applications processed prior to Sept-30th. Those are all applications affected by the strike...

Ah, yes. Didnt read the fine print :)

Hope that processing time drops back to 12 months or less before end of next quarter.
