I don't think you need to inform cic about these changes about your spouse.

Cic only needs to be informed about important changes, such as change in family composition, change in location etc. even if you inform about your spouse's job, there would not be any update on your file as the original application itself didn't have any option to fill up such information.

Hello eds,

As you already know my case, do you think I have to update CPP-Ottawa with my spouse's job and NOC code?
I have just updated them so far about his work permit but not about job he got.

I thought it is not needed as I am principal applicant.
If needed, I need to see how I can update it.

Thanks
Saranya.

In the medical request form they mention that you have to finish your medical within 60 days of receiving the request.
So it is good idea to inform CIC about your Spouse Pregnancy status.
They might put your application on hold till you are in a position to complete your medical
I will suggest you to talk to CIC call center they can better advise you.

I am clear that i will do the medicals after child birth..I have only 2 questions:

1. Should I complete RPRF process ,pay the fees and don't tell anything about pregnancy now and wait till medical request come?

2. Should I complete RPRF process and tell about pregnancy? Will it cause delays in my medical request?

***SENIORS PLEASE HELP****

As long as you provided your email address in the application, all communications are through email.

How are you all getting Medical Requests?
I mean through email or is it mailed to the address on the file?

Is anybody there in this form who has updated their application with spouse information/something after getting Application Number??
Did they also receive medicals request? I am wondering if my update is causing delay.

I hear so many people getting medical requests. Congrats to everyone. I am still waiting and checking emails regularly.

Had you already completed biodata? Was it requested?

Dear all

I am new to this forum and have applied for PR under CEC category on 4th Dec 2012. My current status shows "Application Received" with no further communication.

Could someone please tell me what could be the approximate timeline to expect for the approval?
